On March 24, 2026, the United States Patent and Trademark Office unveiled commemorative trademark registration certificates in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
As “America’s Innovation Agency,” the USPTO is marking this historic milestone by highlighting the vital role that trademarks have played in transforming everyday life such as LEVI’S trademark granted in 1928 and Tiffany’s blue trademark granted in 1998. and This initiative underscores the continued importance of intellectual property protection which connects communities and inspires future generations.
